I DON’T HAVE THE TIME

I DON’T HAVE THE TIME is the number 1 excuse when it comes to physical exercise

> Will you have time to get sick?
> Nobody can control time - Saying " I don't have time" is just another way of saying "I cannot Manage Myself".

If out of shape of years or just maybe just a couple of weeks, take it easy when returning. This is one of the biggest mistakes people make is to say " I will get fit" or "I will loss fat" even if it "Kills me". It might just do that!

The key is Training not Straining.

When starting a Fitness program take it easy. Start off very slow because most people over-do it the first day or burn themselves out in the fist couple of weeks. They then have to abandon their fitness-program.

Try and getting into a physical exercise program you enjoy. Like walking or swimming.
